  Hey Ladies! Here are some flowers for been a hardworking dedicated lady! I know with school been back in session, the kids having hectic schedules, as well as you trying to prepare meals and get ready for the next day that you are sometimes bombed out! Well that's why I want you to take 30minutes / hour for yourself. It can be a hot bubble bath or just peace & quiet, whatever makes you feel relaxed! Go ahead don't feel ashamed to care for self. Tell boyfriend/husband/babydaddy to give you that time. Demand that time to not care for anyone but self. And light those candles and relax. It's important that we rejuvenate ourselves so that we can continue to care for our families. If you don't feel good then the household won't feel good! Good Luck Ladies!
