I am in the process of getting dental implants. Does anyone have any experience with these procedures?

Yes, I have two in my top teeth #'s 13 and 14 left hand side.. Just be prepared for a lot of water since they use it to rinse the area out. It takes about six months to get the permanent implants put in since they are made for the individual. Eventually I will be getting them on my right hand side - top.

I have one dental implant. At first it was a mess - the crown kept coming off of the implant. But I had a bad dentist at that time. I had another dentist fix it and have had no problems since then.

I have two more on my upper left - teeth # 11 and 12 (close to the front) and I got the okay from my Periodontist to have the temporary/permanent crowns and posts put on. I will have those put in sometime in January since I reached the maximum on my dental insurance.
