My first Father's and birthday without my dad

My dad died on June 3rd and my birthday falls on father's day.

  Hun,I'm so sorry for the loss of your Dad.Do what ever you have to do on fathers day just to get through.Curl up and cry all day if you want.It's still early days for you.We are all here for you.(((HUGS))) Sue xxxx

  Tammy I am so right there with you, this is also my first Father's day without dad. he just passed on May 19 which happens to be my birthday. The pain is so hard to feel everyday but WE will get through it in time is what I am told. I will be in this site on fathers day if you want to chat or any thing maybe we can help each other through it.

  I have already went through the first one.. now tomorrow will be the 2nd one.. I lost my Daddy June 16 2007 the day before Father's day.. had to wake face the next day without my Daddy. That was so hard. The hurt and missing them never leaves. They were apart of our hearts. Take care, you are not alone. God Bless You! Lori

  My Dad died on Oct. 27 2008 and this is my first Father's Day without him too. I've been feeling really depressed all week long and today it's even worse knowing that tomorrow I won't be able to see him or make him his favorite coconut cream pie for Father's Day. I miss him so much it hurts. I loved him so much. I try to be comforted in the fact that he is no longer in pain and isn't suffering anymore, but sometimes I just wish he were still here.
