I have lots of favorites.
For true comfort and indulgent foods, I like any book by Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa).
For healthier options, I love:
The Complete Superfoods Cookbook: Dishes and Drinks for Energy, Detoxing and Healing (Paperback)
by Michael van Straten
But mostly, if I want to cook something specific, I'll just go online and search for that recipe.

First, I love Taste of Home Magazine. My mother had a subscription when she was alive and she used to give me her old one. I still have them all stored and I refer to them often.
So when I found this cookbook at a book sale at school I had to get it! It's called Fast Fixes with Mixes and it's put out by Taste of Home. My favorite recipe is one of the easiest and my husband loves it too! All it takes is a deluxe mac and cheese, tuna or salmon (canned), cream of mushroom soup and bread crumbs. Sometimes I add a frozen veggie mix to add some color (broccoli and carrots go well with the dish). Now that I think about it, I think I'll make it tonight!!
