this group is about dealing with depression...coming to grips with the fact that you have this disease, opening up emotional wounds,talking about it, freeing your mind, and letting the healing process begin...i have embraced this disease not because i want to but because i have to..the only way that i will ever be free is if i deal with my emotional past(in which i will share with you)..so i am asking you to except this gift and begin to travel down the road of healing with me....
