migrainal nasal spray?

I am on a week long Migraine.. OMG I am not dealing well with this at all.. my doc ordered a script for me,, migrainal nasal spray, unfortunatly the pharmacy does not carry it, it will be in in the am,, I pray it helps me, I am a MESSSSSSSSSSS.. have any of you ever tried this?

  Wow, I took these , nothing.. no better, nada.. then I took it again a few hours late , and wow I can not believe how I felt the next am. I was on a week long horrible headache week ER, missing work, it was a bad bad week for me.
  I woke up yesterday am, after taking this and I feel great!!! my headache level for over a week was at 7.5-9. yesteray am.. i was a 5.
  
  I am so pleased with this med. I can not believe I finally found something to relieve my migraines. I am still a bit woozy and a bit off, but last week drained me beyond what i had to give, so I am sure I will bounce back in a day or 2. But atleast I am back to my regular headache level..
  
  Just thought Id share my experience with you all.

  It didn't help me at all...i tried it numerous times and all it did was make me nauseated:(

how do you deal?
