A room for Christians to meet to join in a fellowship for discussions of Christian beliefs and values. This is not a room for bashing of Christian beliefs or its members.
People are measured by the challenges they overcome given the resources available.
We have many things that we must do that are challenges: raise children, do well at our jobs, fight illness, battle suffering among others. These are the challenges that give us insight; that make us even stronger than we are now.
Of course, God helps us with the challenges we encounter. How can he better able to help us in our lives?

Want to let you know a little of my background. I'm a practicing Catholic, grew up on a dairy farm in Ithaca, WI, and my graduating class in high school was only 29 people. Now, I live in metro Chicago and work in the heart of the nation's 3rd largest city as a paralegal. Our law firm helps a lot of people (especially lower middle and working class folks) who get hurt in car accidents.
I'm divorced, and I continue to go to Church every weekend and hope that I am a good example to my 3 kids.
