God is everywhere. Omnipresent
God knows everything. Omnicient
God holds all power. Omnipotent.
Psalm 139 either a jolting wakeup call, or a soothing reminder. I see no comments. I may have gone against group conscience. Amends if so.

Our guest speaker today is Oldbiker, a true friend and a man of great wisdom. I really needed this message this week as I am struggling with some issues personally, thank you my friend!
Peek-a-Boo God Sees You (Psalms 139:1-7)
God is present everywhere. theologians call this being Omnipresent
Have you ever really thought of God knowing everything you do, say, or think? Does this alarm or scare you? Does this comfort you? Do you think He possibly overlooked you?
Here's a news flash "Nothing is hid from Him"!!!!!!!!!
With God seeing it all, there's 3 main areas we should realize what this should do.
IT SHOULD HELP US TO SIN LESS: I didn't say be sinless, I said to sin less. There is a big difference!
A. Adam and Eve sinned and they hid. (Gen. 3:8
B. In Noah's time, God saw the wickedness and the sinfulness of the world( Gen. 6:5
C. When David sinned, God knew it--2 Sam. 11:27
D. When Peter denied Christ-Jesus looked at Peter (Luke 22:56-61)
1. God see our selfishness
2. God hears our evil thoughts
3. God sees our coveting
4. God hears our unkind and untrue statements
IT SHOULD BE A COMFORT AND A STRENGTH:
A. Abraham trusted God's care and presence with him
B. Moses faced Pharaoh because he had confidence in God's Presence, Power, and Purpose
C. David had confidence, Peace and Comfort ( Psalms 23)
D. Jesus told us "I am with you always".
- He understands our problems, trials and troubles
- He understands our weaknesses
- We can be thankful and have comfort in knowing that the Lord knows us
Personally!!!!
When trials and troubles come, we should have the assurance that we are never alone in any avenue or aspect of our life.
WE SHOULD BE MOTIVATED IN OUR CHRISTIAN WALK:
A. David was able to face Goliath because he had the assurance of God's presence and His power.
B. Apostle Paul gave it his all, to win as many to Christ as he could, regardless of the hardships and the persecutions he faced.
C. Paul done his best to encourage and instruct other believers wherever he went.
Now, What's the end result of all of this?
- God knows all we have done and will do.
- God knows our guilt.
- God knows our Need
In spite of all of the above, God still loves you and demonstrated His love for you and me, when He gave His Son, Jesus to die for our sins.
God is everywhere my friends:
- He is above you--to guard you.
- He is underneath you--to support you
- He is behind you--to reward you
- He is before you--to lead you
- He is beside you--to encourage you
- He is around you--to shield you
- He is within you--to comfort you
One of these days, the Bible says that we shall be rewarded for the good things we have done for Christ.
This is what the Apostle Paul was referring to in 1 Cor. 15:58
"Therefore, my Beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch, as ye know that your labor is not in vain, in the Lord.
By God seeing and knowing it all, we should strive to walk closer, talk better, think
clearer and, work consistently for our Lord Jesus Christ.

Bob, i think the ones who normally are vocal after reading the messages are either on vacation (my greatest hope) or they are too ill to even be online. Either way pray for them, especially the latter group! For some time there haven't been many or any comments. I know more read the messages than comment on them. Comments are always welcome and actually greatly encourage the speaker that they have at least been effective in touching hearts.
Welcome

For a lot of us going out to church is not an option. I felt led to set up a place of worship more personal than TV evangelists who we're not able to communicate with one on one. I have preached before, so why not here where others could actually connect with the speaker and each other. Each week I will give a message from the Bible for anyone who misses being able to go to church. Welcome one and all!
