This is just a quick note to let anyone know that Botox works wonders for PD problems. Mom's eyes wouldn't open (don't remember medical term right now) and she gets Botox every 3 months and she now has no problems with her eyes, except maybe a week before the 3 months is up.
Also, Botox every 6 months to a year will help stop the drooling problem.
Lastly, Mom was having horrible pain in her foot and all the way up her leg. The doctor used a machine to measure the muscles spasms, tremors in her leg and found the right muscles and injected Botox. The first time wasn't exactly right but helped. The second time worked like a charm. Absolutely no pain anymore.
Something to look into if any of it applies to any of your parents. Hugs, Kim
