Please say a prayer for me!

Posted on 04/22/09, 11:22 am
Mostly for the Dr actually as I have an app at 1 pm this afternoon because I don't feel right. I'm having uncomfortable symptoms that all fit the category of MS so I'm to the point now where there is no more denying that I know i need musle relaxers now on a regular basis for relief of the horrible pain of muscle spasticity in my calve muscles when I'm in the middle of an attack. I overdid it standing in the heat for a couple of hours at an annual car parade Friday night and have been down ever since. I really do need prayers that something will be discovered so we can deal with it and give me some relief from this. It can be frightening if I think about it lately so I just try to relax and sleep through the worst parts! I hope everyone can understand why I haven't been here lately and I also hope you are all having better days and if you can post something it will help us all to get back into checking in..life gets hectic..I need you guys right now though!

    Hi

Sorry your feeling so bad. I read your post and it brought a few things to mind. Have you ever considered it may be Secondary Sjogrens that you are suffering from? Also you may be low potassium and this is the reason for the cramps in your calves, not to say your not experiencing auto immune stuff.
Auto immune means your body is on overload...hyper...trying to work very hard to clean out the toxins and free radicals but it can't keep up....
An autoimmune disorder, in Camouflage is what Sjogrens has been referred to as.

Also most people with autoimmune have an allergy to gluten....and many people never realize this.

Let me give you a few website that may be helpful.

My blog is http://www.ic-cpp.blogspot.com I just did a post on Sjogrens, read it you may be able to relate....and remember I am talking secondary sjogrens nor primary...primary affects people from the neck up and secondary affects the whole body.

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/g... this website explain what gluten is, what the symptoms are if you have an allergy.
Sjogrens can feel like lupus, MS, lyme disease, and a bunch of other diseases.

Feel free to contact me if you need support. What your going through is real and very frustrating......I know I am there with you.

And believe me everyday I stuggle, doctors piss me off, and I have been given the constant "I don't know" from multiple doctors but this is common and I suppose that I have to keep in mind that they are human like you and I.

Welcome
