Just want to do a shout out and see if everyone can check in and give a heads up on things are going,,,good, not so good,,bad,,whatever..want to keep tabs on you all..I've found a band and these guys are good, so it's been taking alot of my time to work on the music material..it will smooth out though as i learn the tunes..I've been having a tough time with my sacral ileac joint bothering me,,throbbing,,and it's been ever since the rain started a couple of weeks ago..it's painful but I don't take anything other than an Ibuprofen and a 50 mg..Ultram if needed..I usually suffer til I can't anymore...miss talking to so many of you!!!
