WOW!!!

My mom just sent me an article from the paper saying CINNAMON KILLS FUNGUS. This is why the Egyptians treated the Pharoahs' bodies with it (among other things) to preserve them forever. Cinnamon also lowers some people's blood sugar. Candida is a fungus among us. And candida is associated with impaired glucose tolerance!!!

I had one of those split calluses on my thumb that are caused by a diferent fungus, and I took some cinnamon to see if it would help where clotrimazole was not. IT HEALED UP IN HALF A DAY.

I just thought I would spread the word.

Thanks for the info! Cinnamon is supposed to be a natural boost to your metabolism too. Good stuff!

I have always loved cinnamon, but for years now too much of a good thing.... always gave me heartburn.. probably because it was added to something with sugar... but yes,, it is amazing what this spice is capable of.. I have only recently noticed it on the shelves in the stores... as a nutrient for medicinal purposes.

did you use household cooking grade spice on your thumb crack... Cliffenstein????

I will have to let my sister know about it since she has that same kind of problem with her fingers that cause them to split open... dr said it was a contact type dermititis/ eczema outbreak.. she has a commercial kitchen and now has her staff do the major cleaning where the stronger solutions are needed.
