Need someone-feeling alone and destructive

I would be so grateful if there was someone who I could talk to when those occasions arise and I feel like I am going to self-destruct. I have a history of abuse of all types and I struggle with self-harm...if there is someone who is willing to help I would be grateful thanks...wingless
