"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God....And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His Glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth" (John 1:1, 14)

" For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe, is condemned already, because he has not believed in the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather then light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evilhates the light, and does not come to the light, least his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God." (John 3: 16-21)

"Preach the Word! Be ready in Season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers: And they will turn their ears from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchfuul in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry." (2 Tim 4:1-5)
