i like to read at the beach in a lounge chair.
i like to read on my deck in a lounge chair as the sun is going down.
i like to read in bed in the bedroom sometimes, or in the bed in the spare room, or in one of the big barnes and noble style chairs that i have on the far end of my livingroom.

I read mostly at my desk. I want to read in bed, but I never get a page in without falling asleep.
Your outdoor question makes me smile. When I was 10-11 years old, I used to sneak out of the house early on summer mornings. If I could make it across the alley and into the branches of my favorite tree before my mama caught me, I could read for a couple hours before I had to do any chores. -

me too. i had a tree across the street and i could sit in that tree for hours reading books. me and one of my best friends used to do that. if anyone bothered us we just went higher up in the tree. lol. if one of us was there first, we'd give the other a hand up and move up a couple of branches so they would have space too. i loved that tree.
try reading in bed in the morning. its a whole other thing, you won't get sleepy at all. same with studying in the morning. it really sinks in. -
