I am new to this group but not new to bipolar I have been struggling with bipolar for more than 10 years and i am here for support as well as to receive support.

  Hi! I've only known about mine for about a year. I am also here for support and to receive it. I check here a lot and there doesn't seem to be a lot of activity but Im around :)
