How does your period effect your BP?

I'm curious if it's something I need to watch for or be wary of. I just started mood charting and I am keeping a log of when I have my period on the chart.

I would be wary for sure. Any time my hormones change for any reason and especially when I'm on my period or pregnant, I get way out of whack even on meds. I will sometimes cry a great deal, experience extreme guilt and be suicidal. Other times it will be like I'm high...going into a cleaning frenzy and being really active but with a lot of anxiety. I have a lot of hormonal issues though so I don't know how much it affects others the same.

I found I would tend to get manic right before my period, I call it MPMS (manic pre-menstrual syndrome) and that birth control pills helped to stable me.
