Bad Credit ? from bp?

Does any have a credit issue do to things that you have done and feel that it was a result of having bp? I know that I would shop a lot before I was diagnosed and had meds, this caused me to have many late of even unpaid bills. That stuff stays with you forever. I am having the worst time trying to find a place to rent since I can not buy. Anyone been in this situation before?

  I have stopped myself into all kinds of trouble. I am really working on staying on a budget. I just rented an apartment and my credit is terrible. But there are apartments out there that won't hold it against you. Work with a locator & tell him you have credit issues. They usually know which complexes will work with you.

  Just yesterday I had gone and put my bank account in the hole 100 dollars. Depressed and wanting something to distract myself we went to the casino and lost it all.

  Bad credit is an understatement.Bipolar disorder has cost me well over $250,000. I am now living with my parents. There is only two words that I can say will truly help your handling of money. " Know thyself " These words were written over the doorways of the ancient oracles of Greece. These wise philosophers all had adopted the phrase as an everyday motto, so to speak. Meds didn't get me to control my desires and actions, they put me in a mood to be able to make the right decision, that fraction of a second that it takes for your brain to say " dude you can't afford that crap ". Know yourself well enough to make a decision that will cover your own back, because no one else will. Look inside yourself, the real you.The you that only you knows.
