HOW do i make my doctor understand how bad i feel

for the last 4 weeks i have been struggling with very dark moods i feel numb and panic if i go outside i dont feel right at all how do i explain this to an un-understanding doc

  have you been yet? and no they dont drag you off and throw you in, not without very very good reason! so dont be scared just tell them how it is and hopefully between you things can be woked out, let me know if you can please, and take care of yourself!!

  I have a psych doc appointment tomorrow and I plan on telling him how I feel. Depressed and unmotivated - I'm blessed with a good doc that I know will help me.
