I need individuals with a positive outlook on bipolar, ones that are living with it and dealing with it just fine, taking their meds, not questioning every medication, or its side effects etc. This is a place to vent, a place for the mostly balanced bipolars...would appreciate all of your input, have a great weekend, let's try making a good go of this group...

"my" pneumonia

Posted by mustangsue66 - 06/20/08, 06:34 pm

OMG, is it or isn't it?  My regular dr. said my lungs are clear and that his colleague was being cautious with this bad cold...so, I am recovering slowly.

If you don't know what I am talking about then you haven't been on the DS site, so read or ignore...

Damn Lamictal topic again, ha, ha....my irritability is not from Lamictal, he reassured me, that if you are irritable, it is hypo trying to get me again...he reassured me that I did the absolute right thing by decreasing some last night, he is happy with it and reminded me to keep 6 on any S and S's of mania...spring and summer are my high times....pneumonia like symptoms always settle me down immediately after a hypo event and until meds are readjusted.

I have to brag, I am so proud of myself, I have a great grip on this disorder, still hate it, kind of, and I do know exactly what to do with me, for me and I do listen to my supporters, #1 is Tom my husband...when he starts pissing me off, I know that it is me....we have learned this, took a good long 6 years,...I GOT IT BABY, I GOT IT!!

I look forward to "your" stories too, there is always a positive to a negative, keep posting my good friends, I so appreciate you and all that you write, encourage, hugs, etc.

Have a fantastic weekend, I am still so excited about this site, I am beside myself...anyone else want in??

All the best, cheers to our best mental health ever, we have really started a great thing here...

My name is Sue, I don't want to be Mustang on here...may change later, if I can figure it out...see ya, talk soon...
