Hi,
I am a 30 year old mother with one child age one. I was diagnosed bipolar about 6 months ago. I am still in denial...although I am on this website so I think I am starting to accept it and at least use the diagonosis to improve my life.
Anyway, did any of you have trouble talking about your diagnosis? I am afraid to tell my parents. I have only told one friend, my brother, and my husband. I am not even a girl to tell secrets so this is so out of character for me.
Could you please share your story or give me some advice?
