newly diagnosed

hi, guys

i was just diagnosed with binge eating disorder. i don't know how to feel about it and could use someone to talk to.

  Hi, I have struggled with bulimia since I was 16 and my next birthday I will be 49, sometimes I am great and then not so great but I do know I can always start over and I hope we can all find the support we need. Hang in there you really are not alone even though it may sometimes seem like you are. Love is the answer...may we all learn what it means to love ourselves and form those loving self care habits.
