desserts, the d-word

Posted on 01/15/09, 05:35 pm
I realized that after every darn meal I feel like I need dessert--and a lot of it--to finish it off. When itâ??s really bad, I canâ??t even enjoy my meal because Iâ??m thinking about the dessert ahead. Ugh, it feels like the only thing I get to be excited about is dessert. Like the main meal doesnâ??t even matter. I know need to find more pleasure in the main meal and not the d-word. But thatâ??s a really hard concept to change in my head, cuz Iâ??ve been thinking that way for so long. It's really pathetic. Does anyone else think that way? And have you gotten over it? What can I do?
