am on the treadmill at my office. It belongs to my mother in law who wanted it out of her kitchen. I have a treadmill at home collecting dust. thanks for the compliments I still have quite a few pounds to lose. I was on the down hill side of my weight loss when I decided to give up smoking. That is when I gained back the weight I had lost in the beginning....oh well never to late for a Fresh Start ....I still would like to get down to 115 pounds. this time last year I was at 126 and had only 11 pounds to go. Don't get me wrong...I am still glad I gave up the NICODEMON !!! Just not happy I gaind all my weight back....oh well thers nothing like starting over. So fortunate to have friends like you for support!!!!

Heh like I mentioned somewhere, I wanted to lose ten pounds when I quit, now in 8 months I've gained 20, my saving grace is that I'm tall so it hides kind of.....Curves is helping though and the inspiration here!
