First thing: Quit Smoking. You will gain weight initially. It's your body getting healthy. Second: Get moving. Go for a walk, join a gym or exercise class. Third: Eat clean, healthy food.
Do these things and you will not only look great you'll feel like a new person.

When I was 22 I weighed 210 pound after having a c section for my daughter... 2 days after she was born I had a heart attack because of a blood clot that had formed in my lung and went to my heart... I was on life support for a week and in the hospital for 3 weeks... My Dr told me that I got sick because of the weight and the surgery( And smoking didn't help either) But my weight was a big issue at the time...So I lost 90 pounds and I have kelp it off till I turn about 39... Now I need to lose about 20 pounds...I dont want to gain any weight...I have failed at my quits because of weight gain... Is there any thing I can do to not gain weight...
