Let's WALK !!!

Whether you walk on the treadmill, walking trail, track , or go for a hike.
Lets keep track of how many miles we can walk for the month of MAY .Since we are already 6 days in the month of May ..please post any miles you have walked so far this Month. What do you say????

here are my stats as of 5/1/08
May 1 -1mile, May 2nd 1-mile, May 5th 1, Mile May 6th 1 Mile
4 miles so far this month.

    OhOhOhOh!!! I think you were reading my mind!!! I went for a walk today and OMG it felt so good to releave some stress mid-day!! We walked from the plant to the main road (about 2 miles round trip). That is going to be one of my new goals for May... walk over lunch 3 times a week.

    May 6, 2008 = 2 miles

    I am liking this idea. My hubby and I started walking last week.

    My stats so far May 1 - 1.5, May 2nd - 1 mile May 5th 2 miles
    4.5 miles so far.

    As of May 7, only 3 miles so far this month BUT I've gone to curves 5 times so far this month.

    Yiiiii Haaaaaaaaaa!! Another mile for me. SO that would make 5 miles so far this month. Giving myself a pat on the back ! (lol)

    Can I count the miles I run? Or only the miles I walk?

    YOU can count running too. Running is walking only at at faster pace! lol....anyway.. I up to 7 miles so far this month...(walking on the treadmill) .

    Stats from this weekend:

    May 10, 2008 = 5.1 miles (I walked 1.6 miles at a 9.0 incline going 4.0 on the treadmill. Then I ran 3.5 miles at no incline... for a total of 5.1 miles!!! Burnt aprox 595 calories during my cardio session!!!)

    May 11, 2008 = 4.65 miles (Walked my pooch up the hill and back = 1 mile, Gym workout was 3.65 miles of a run/walk routine for 45 min burnt aprox 337 calories)

    Hi everyone, okay I am up to 8 miles so far this month. And I have gone to curves 6 times. Keep up the good work everyone :)

    8 miles so far this month for me too and 40 minutes of sculpting & toning with the BIGGEST LOSER 2 DVD today!
