just would like to say hello

hello i am new to the group i think that this support group will help me alot it is always good to talk to people that is going through the same thing you are going through my kids father passed away may of 2008 i am still hurting but i know that he would not want me to walk around all the time mad with the world i am tring to take it day by day i know he would only want the best for his family so i have to keep on with the help of god he is able.

I am new to this most wonderful supportive group. know that you are grieving your loss. Take the time to embrace those grievous feelings, but, also know and believe, in time, you'll emerge a stronger person emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Please continue to reach out and ask for support, okay? MeHopeful
