Do you ever measure your worth on the basis of numbers on the scale or feel more successful if you look thinner?

Do you ever wonder what the right weight is for you?

Do you believe that it is possible to be healthy by having healthy behaviors versus being a certain body weight?

Will you look at yourself any differently after reading todays journal?

    NEVER THOUGHT OF IT REALLY.

    I CHECKED OUT A CALCULATION IN SELF.COM AND THEY TALKED ABOUT FINDING YOUR HAPPY WEIGHT - MINE WAS 130 AND THAT IS MY GOAL.

    YES, I'M HEALTHY AND HAPPY AT 140 BUT I WANT TO SEE WHAT ELSE I CAN DO SINCE I'VE NEVER BEEN THIS WEIGHT.

    I'M SURE, MORE CONFIDENT THAT IT CAN BE DONE IF WE PUT OUR MIND TO IT!
