Best TV Theme Song

We all loved to watch tv back in the 80's when tv was still good (am I right?) but how many of you remember theme shows from your favorite shows? Please tell us what TV theme song was the best (both instrumental and with lyrics) and you may also put the worst tv theme song you ever heard.
My choices for the best:
With Lyrics: Theme to "The Greatest American Hero" (aka "Believe It Or Not")
Instrumental: Theme to "Knots Landing." Thats the ringtone I have on my cell phone.
I cant really think of any theme song I didn't like, but If I think of one, I'll let you know.

I loved the Dallas theme tune as my sister used to sing the mars bar theme lol " A mars a day helps you work,rest and play " to the theme tune of Dallas, weird, oui? -

The Greatest American Hero song was good it's now stuck in my head thank you very much! I liked the theme from Magnum P.I., the A-Team, Family Ties, Full House. -
