HI KIDS! THESE R HOLIDAY TIPS FROM BELLERUTH NAPORSTEK SO U WON'T GET CRAPPY FEELING DURING THE HOLIDAYS. JUST HAD TO SHARE THESE WITH UALL CUZ I LUV YA.

1. TAKE CARE OF UR BODY
2. TRACK UR PHYSICAL COMFORT
3. LEARN TO RELAX AT WILL
4. TAKE A MINI-BREAK WHEN UR GETTING CRAZED
5. DOSE UR DAY WITH HUMOR
6. B REALISTIC AND NO UR LIMITS
7. MANAGE UR TIME
8. WHEN SCHEDULING-GIVE URSELF ROOM TO BREATHE
9. THRO SOMETHING OUT EVERY DAY
10. KEEP ASKING URSELF IF U'D RATHER B HAPPY OR RIGHT
11. DON'T B PROUD--GET SUPPORT WHEN THE CHIPS R DOWN
12. PRACTICE STAYING IN THE MOMENT
13. NOTICE LITTLE MOMENTS OF BEAUTY AND SWEETNESS

    Karen, this is great. What works best for me is #12 - staying in the moment and taking one thing at a time; otherwise, I get too overwhelmed. Thanks for the post!
