New to this group today...

I am glad to find this group. I have been in a funk for a while, and it has been difficult for me to even think about beginning to create a work. At the moment, if someone would like to see and comment on a couple of pieces I birthed a couple of years ago, you can go to vallejoartists.com and on the left click on artists. There you will find a piece with blue background and hearts...just click on that to see another piece of my work. Life just has gotten in the way majorly for me. I don't like where I am at right now. It's just not right...

I also have done some short story writing and some poetry in the past. Look forward to getting to know all of you. Seems like a good group.

  Hi Judith and welcome to the artists group. Every one is lovely here and very friendly. Now and again the group goes quiet. Especially around the summer months. It's been a bit quiet at moment.

  Hi, I'm new here also. Art is my profession. Glass carving and sculpture is my forte. Business has been slow and difficult for the last couple years and now dealing with girlfriend and depression issues; I feel like I'm loosing everything (and possibly my mind, but don't alot of the great artist :).
  I look forward to seeing and reading about what you are all doing and possibly gain some NEW PERSPECTIVE.
