How are you doing?

I have not heard from you all in a while.. and part of this is my fault as well.. I am just staying way to busy.. with my daughters upcoming wedding and so on and on.. lol.. I can only hope that all of you are doing well and remind you all .. that we are here if you need us.. only a message away..

This is a group for any one that suffers from anxiety. Its a place for everyone to express how they feel with people who understand what there going through! You can come on when your anxious to get some advice and support or just for a chat! :)
