1 RULE FOR THE GROUP
No belittling or being mean to anyone else. Everyone's experience is different and there are personal choices to be made. We are here to support and discuss. Anyone who attacks another member verbally will be removed. Although I have the utmost confidence that everyone here is understanding and won't do that! Let's help each other and know we are not alone!

I wanted to say hello to the group, I'm looking forward to working with all of you. I also wanted to ask about a book that some one mention that U use. Can u tell me what that is ? thank you marge
