i developed a phobia of being sick with nausia and stomach aches after having a bad bought of it from drinking too much so whenever i feel these symptoms i have a panick attack which involves dizziness shaking deep breathing tight muscles i have meds that help with this so they dont get to the point that i connot function but i still have the phobia

  Hon ANY Phobia is Hell no matter what
  started it..
  I am going to have to FLOOD myself with
  one of my biggest ones tonight...
  My fear of sleeping in my bedroom..
  New sofa coming and guess I won't have the old one as my comfort zone
  for sleep anymore so I am fighting back the panic as I type
  just anticipating it.
  I haven't slept in my room since January 17th..
  Know your not alone hon and we are brave ones for going through this daily.
