  To all of you living north of the equator :) "Happy Spring"!! Like Betsy said... it will be interesting to see how many of us have an improvement in anxiety symptoms as the sun shines and Spring makes it's way to our communities :) A flower popping up thru the snow.. buds on trees, warm rains, seeing the sunrise and sunset after months of overcast skies.... so many things associated with Spring are breathtaking, new birth, starting over... and warm you their beauty and soothe your soul with their rebirth.   I just wanted to give a big Thank You to everyone here that has helped me on my journey to reach the person I've become. It's been hard work to get here and it helped more than I can say to be able to come to this site and be with everyone. To be able to share all our stories and to help each other with advice on what works for us. I think that this new year, 2009, is going to be a much better one for all of us!!!   I've been saying over and over again that I need to learn knew coping skills,I also know that I have a negative record that plays in my head.Changing your internal voice can be challenging,because it's easy to fall back in that cycle.Having support to keep you focused on the positive is important. I believe we create our our experience and what we are projecting we ultimately create.
