i think it might be time...
to maybe move on to another site that is..
i come here alot, but no ons ever here to talk to, or get advice on aniexty, or panic problems...
we all need friends and help..

  yes, i am going through alot right now, my ol friend anexiety is creeping back!
  not sleeping very well,
  been to the doc, had some test done, ill see him again wed of this week..
  i would like to feel alot better than i do now!
