kellie,u are not overreacting ..the point of therapy is getting someone u feel comfortable with that helps a whole lot with being able to open up..trust is a big issue when seeing a therapist at least it was for me..feeling neglected by overly busy therapist is not what u need when building the trust relationship..all in all its up to u and how u feel in the relationship u have with the one u have..if ur overreacting im sure its not for lack of good reason..maybe more than just forgetting meds ..a question i'd ask myself is has seeing this therapist so far helped me ? or is it helping me get what i need out of it?then decide..goodluck. -

Therapy also helps they way we think. The way we think and therefore react to unreal things that we have over magnified in our brains is why we're here. Baby steps by baby steps will get you better. Once you give up any defenses and be open and honest with your therapist you will be on your way to getting better. It might take you a year since there are years worth of bad thougths that ruin our lives that have to be re-programmed.
Good Luck, Betsy
