I need your help

I am moving in with my fiance and we both have cats. They have smelled the scent of each other but they have not meet or been together. How do we join them together. Mine is a male and is still active sexually and her's is fixed how do we get them to deal with the other in the same house when they have not been with any other pets since birth. They are both about 5yrs old. How do we get them to meet each other when we move in with each other?

  HELLO HAVE YOU ASKED THE VET,I RESCUED A DOG 'OSCAR',AND HAD CINDY,BEFORE I TOOK OSCAR I ASKED THAT HE HAD TO BE DONE,OTHERWISE IT WAS A PROBLEM. HE WAS DONE AND THINGS WERE FINE,THEY LIVED TOGHETER ,UNTIL CINDY ,PASSED FROM SKIN CANCER.IF ONE IS DONE ,IT SHOULD BE FINE,JUST LET THEM GET ON,DON'T INTERFERE UNLESS THERE IS AGGRESSION,NOW I HAVE ANOTHER GIRL'CHARLIE'SHE WAS DONE BECOUSE IT IS THE RESCUE POLICY,SO THEY ARE JUST FINE.I AM SURE THEY WILL BE BEST FRIEND,JUST GIVE THEM TREATS WHEN YOU FIRST MOVE IN,LOVE LUCY..

  That would be good but my cat does not eat treats. All he eats is his food

  Hey just to update you. The two cats are getting alone better then I thought and sometimes my boy gets anxious but he has to learn that he can't just be aggressive so he has been taught by the water bottle so he knows. He is doing fine thatnks for all the input
