I am going to my 30th high school reunion and want to lose some weight by August and don't know where to start. My family is thin and I'm not. HELP!

I know what you mean my dear. I would start eating off smaller plates i.e. dessert plate, and keep all pots etc on the stove out of sight. If you have trouble eating vegetables there is a Sun-Ripe fruit and veggie juice my kids love. Downsize portions and follow the food guide. Multi vitamins are also helpful to me in cutting cravings by giving my body what it needs.
