I would love to see other people's ideas! I'm going to Weight Watchers and I exercise pretty much every day on my lunch hour but I'm seeing the weight loss is starting to level off. I don't have a lot to lose so it's getting hard. Plus, I'd like to eat normal without "dieting". -

I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to get rid of my stomach. Since I've been through cancer and a hysterectomy and in post menopause now, I feel bloated all the time. I can't find the right thing for losing the weight. My weight goes up and down all the time. I'm stressed all the time and I know that doesn't help either. -

I wish I had someone to take walks with me. It would help me get motivated. It takes alot for me to get out there. Depression stops me alot from that. -

I know what that is like JoyO, I have a three year old daughter that gets me out the door, as well as a seven year-old boy. I need to get in shape to survive because they both have Autism. What I do when I feel bluesy, or depressed is put on my favorite music and walk in my living room. Works like a treadmill, get your heart in the zone and walk. No on sees you but you will feel better.
ske003 I have found that this 'dieting' mind set is horrible. I tried weight watchers but it did not work as well for me as the six week body makeover from Michael Thurman. see provida life sciences. you need to find out what body type you are and coustomize, I lose 30 lbs before i got pregnant eith my daughter. I have just begun the program again. -
