  Wow that last one is really cool Dee. Have you bought the 9 hour one? The bummer is it's only for 30 days. I'm wondering if its worth it.

  Sorry Dee, I didn't see this thread and I started another one of Tolle's teachings through video. Well, he talks about being in stillness, but he doesn't say how that benefits us.

  I bought "stillness speaks" and what I'm getting from that is in stillness we are present and we listen. Answers and knowing come in stillness. I find great peace in stillness...

  I think his teachings could be such a blessing & help for those of us suffering.ITs helping me to understand there is a reason for everything.
