10 tips on how to relieve stress.

Tip 1 : Walk Yourself Stress Free. Take a long walk to clear your head is one of the best ways to relieve stress. Walking is an excellent form of exercise for your body as well as your mind. A good long walk can enable you to come back refreshed and ready to take on the world !

Tip 2 : Give your mind a break ! Your brains takes in a lot of information all day long and it is not immune to overloading. The overloading can cause stress so give your brain a break. Listening to some relaxing music or take a nice hot bath. Doing relaxing activities like this will ease the many thoughts you create and help you to think more clearly.

Tip 3. Get a Hobby. Find a new hobby and make sure to make time to do it at least once a week. Everyone needs to get out of the mind-set of having to deal with problems on a day to day basis. By giving yourself something else to focus on, you can gain a sense of accomplishment and be in total control in this area of your life. You could start sailing, do some jogging or learn to play the guitar.

Tip 4. Release Your Emotions. Do not bottle up your emotions. If you are so stressed that you want to shout, then go somewhere where you are alone and let out that roar ! Building up stress is very dangerous, so it is a lot safer to let it out in an appropriate manner.

Tip 5. Channel Your Anger in a Positive Way. If becoming angry is your first response when you get stress, then let it come out in a controlled and reasonable manner such as going for an intense work out. Control your stress before it starts to control you

 

Tip 6.Stop And Smell The Roses.How do you smell the roses? How about investing some money to go on that one trip you've been dreaming about? Visit a country with lots of exotic places to jolt your imagination and spur your creativity. So detach from your daily activities and venture a little bit is a good way to go.

 

Tip 7.Laugh a Lot.By now you've heard that laughter is a good internal medicine. It relieves tension and loosens the muscles. It causes blood to flow to the heart and brain. More importantly, laughter releases a chemical that rids the body of pains. So laugh more

 

Tip 8.Slow down. Instead of rushing through life, learn to take things slow. Enjoy your food, enjoy the people around you, enjoy nature. This step alone can save tons of stress

 

Tip 9.Bubble Bath.Take a long hot bubble bath take your mind our of things.

 

 

Tip 10.Reading.Sit down and enjoy a ready good book.
