Scary surgery..hard time..

I am having back surgery next week that will put me out for a while. I am a very busy stay at home mom and being down this long is going to kill me. I am getting very depressed , and scared having to deal with the hospital asking me if I have a medical directive or medical power of attorney if anything goes wrong. Having a spinal fusion and scared of being paralyzed. My stepfather passed away, but he had a spinal cord injury and ended up being paralyzed so I got to see what he went thru and I do NOT WANT to be that way. Please any comments or prayers would be great to keep me positive.

  thinking of you ... hope that everything has gone well... good luck with the children but remember if you run around now youll do further damage which will but you two steps back rather than one infront, your in my preyers and im willing a speedy recovery to you
