Hmmm, that is a mouthful , eh everyone? I love the holidays with the music and lights. I find myself full of a real peace at times. The holidays are usually stressful on the wallet and can strain any relationship. We all celebrate our own private ways and with our own traditions. I'd like to share a couple of ways my family celebrates and ask you to take a moment and do the same - your tradition could become someone else's.
On Christmas morning everyone is allowed to open stockings only. We enjoy our stockings and make breakfast. Breakfast usually consists of waffles and fruit, whippen cream, coffe and juice. MMMMmmm.
Then we clean table and open our presents in a clockwise circle one at a time. It stretches it out a bit, and allows for some great pics and conversation.
Share your holiday traditions, I'd love to hear how your family celebrates and learn more about other holiday traditions.
Wishing you and yours a blessed holiday season...hugs...

two years ago, hubby got up at five and dressed in a santa claus suit. was sitting in the recliner waiting on sam and me to wake up and fell back asleep. sam woke up went into the living room and came running back to me saying that some strange man was sleeping in the recliner. lol got a lot of good pictures that year of sam opening presents on santa's lap. -
