Your Bottle Cap Codes

Posted on 10/05/09, 04:32 pm
Soft drink makers are promoting their products by placing letter and number codes on the inside of bottle caps, which consumers can enter on websites to earn points that can be exchanged for merchandise coupons (including free stuff), drawings for prizes, and even to make contributions to certain charities.

It's fun and easy if you'd like to participate. And, if you don't buy bottled soft drinks, you can still be involved. You can ask your family, neighbors, acquaintances, and even your Daily Strength friends to save their bottle cap codes for you.

If you buy soft drinks but don't want to use the bottle cap codes yourself, please type them in below for other members of A Capable Disabled Group to use. They'll be glad you did. Please include the name of the soft drink, the website of the soft drink maker shown on the bottle or bottle cap, and the code from the inside of the bottle cap.

Once you've used any of the bottle cap codes shown below, let us know so that used codes can be deleted. Once in a while some of the bottle cap codes posted may have already been used; if so, just skip those and go on to the next ones.

If you're a scavenger - and there's nothing wrong with that - you may even find bottle caps that people throw on the ground or leave behind in parks and other public places. When you pick them up, your are helping to keep your town clean, while at the same time earning points for prizes. I pick them up myself when I go out to exercise several times each week, and I stuff them into my pockets or a plastic bag that I carry.

Now let's have fun!
