For everyone just because we all feel it sometime!

We are capable of feeling a wide range of emotions, from utter joy to the depths of depression. When these emotions become toxic is when we try to keep them inside ourselves or the opposite end of that we put too much focus on them. Talking about things that might trigger is allowed here. Suicide is not allowed here. There is an excellent group to handle that called Suicide Lookout. Let's get our feelings out and get the comfort, and support we need here. (please excuse the any spelling errors I am just not in the mood to do this as a word doc and correct all that first right now) love you all

    I don't think your spelling matters, it's the emotions of the words, and they came across well, this is exactly what I'm looking for, to be able to rid the penned up emotions, as for me, that is the best thearpy, besides the pills that help me cope. So thanks for your words.
