Wow that's a great combination! I think I recall from some article that when we crave sugar, we're low of serotonin (important for the mood). Me personally found a combo of Omega-6, Omega-3 and GLA (Efamol/Efalex) to be helpful, but when I'm not taking that I do absolutely need my antidepressants and the contraceptives. I hope one day to find a cheap and effective combination of supplements.

I have been taking Maca, Chromium and Iron and had such lessened sypmtoms that I didn't even need my lexapro last month! WAHOOOOOOOO!

That is awesome! I take Nutrilite Double X Vitamins and Phytonutrients to keep my energy and iron levels up, but I also get a low grade dose of progesterone from my IUD (Mirena) and that helps me as well.
