Welcome to the year 2011! They say it takes 21 days to establish a habit, and we here at DailyStrength have a plan to help you keep your new year's resolution to lose weight, get fit, and be healthy! It starts with a one-month goal. Some ideas:
- Take a walk or a run three times a week for a month
- Vow not to eat after 9pm on weekdays
- Incorporate vegetables into every meal, just for one month!
Post a goal you can accomplish in one month by starting a discussion in our special Member Group. Find others who share the same goals, and cheer each other on throughout the month! Then, on January 31st, 2011, post again to let us know if you've achieved your goal.
At the end of the month, we will collect all the members and their goals and record them in the DailyStrength One-Month Goal Hall of Fame 2011! How's that for motivation?
