DailyStrength is a wonderful way to not only share your goals, but stick to them! Used in conjunction with journaling and a circle of DailyStrength friends, you will find that having people to support and monitor your progress is a wonderful way to stay accountable to what you set out to do. Sometimes, we are bad at coaching ourselves. With the help of DailyStrength Goals, you have a tracking and cheering system designed just for you! This tutorial will help you set up your first goal and teach you how to track your progress.


Step One: Choose the type of goal you would like to accomplish!



Click on the "Create a Goal" link on the left hand navigation menu, under "My Goals."



You will be presented with a list of common goals that are programmed with their own special trackers to help you keep track of your progress. Click on each one to explore the different settings. If you don't see your goal on here, click "Create Your Own."
