FAST FACTS
No, I haven't turned into a news reporter and the last thing I want to do is further the anxiety surrounding the H1N1 flu (previously known as swine flu), but since we may soon see an increase in cases when children and college students head back to school, I thought an update on things might be in order. But no, I do not have access to any top-secrect information...what you are hearing and reading is the same information I am coming across. But why not try to simplify things in a brief Q&A format as we quickly approach the Back to School season.
Has H1N1 changed over the course of the summer? No, the severity of the cases we are seeing appear to be very similar to those who have the regular influenza we see each year where symptoms include high fever, chills, aches, congestion, and with the younger children even some gastrointestinal complaints. What makes this rather unique is we usually don't see influenza during the summer...but this summer we have. At this point, there is no reason to think that the severity of symptoms will change as we move into the latter stages of 2009 and early 2010...but as we've learned with influenza, nothing is ever certain.
Will there be more cases of influenza this year? Yes, and probably why you're hearing planning strategies from your places of employment or your child's school preparing you with the fact that there will be more absences at work and school this upcoming flu season. Just do the math as there will be the regular influenza strains as well as the H1N1 flu...that is, 1+1=2. And yes, if not properly immunized and no history of previous exposure to H1N1, it certainly is possible to get influenza twice this upcoming year.
So what can we do to protect ourselves and each other this year? The answer to this is two-fold, or three-fold, depending on your perspective here. Obviously, good hand washing, keep your hands out of your eyes, nose and mouth, use a tissue when coughing and sneezing then throw it away after using it, and if sick, please stay home from school or work. And the other thing I encourage all who meet the criteria is to get vaccinated this year.
Vaccinated with what and how many shots are there? Well, just like every year we have the regular seasonal flu vaccine. The key issue here is it should be available earlier than in previous years and, in fact, ready to be given as early as now in some areas...my office will be administering right after Labor Day weekend. Only one vaccination required here except for the young who have yet to receive two doses of the vaccine in a prior single flu season (but discuss with your child's ped to clarify this issue). But when the H1N1 flu vaccine becomes available (hopefully late October, early November), either one or two more shots will be available. And again, if eligible, I strongly encourage all to get vaccinated. But at this point, this is all that can be confirmed. When, where and who will get it is still to be determined.
But stay tuned, we should be finding out more specifics in the upcoming weeks.

Plans are already made to mobilize the military to "assist" in any flu emergency. Could part of their duties include putting down resistance to the shots? Just in case it is, I recommend you contact any police or military personnel you know and ask them to join Oath Keepers. The organization consists of military personnel, reservists, National Guardsmen, police, veterans, and fire fighters whose avowed mission is "to reach, teach, and inspire all who took the oath (to uphold and defend the Constitution) to be, not just oath takers, but oath keepers." This may be tangential since we do not know if military or police will be use to force inoculations, but if WHO steps in, then it becomes more likely. An even larger threat comes from the imminent total economic collapse and the unrest that will rightfully follow. What seems to be an unusually high number of people in this "Community" who are aware of what it going on makes me feel it's appropriate. But even if this is tangential, it is certainly more to the point than RodneyKFC's spam attack on Nemazee.
DON'T get any Flu shots, they are just that to give you the flu.
when are you doctors going to start educating yourselves and quit following the mainstream just because 'everyone else is doing it' or 'the government suggests....'? what was that thing you were supposedly oathed to do..um... something about 'first, do no harm'?
Using New Laws for Swine Flu May Create a Perfect Storm

1. The US government is using laws designed for dealing with a very deadly pandemic or bioterrorism to bring in a mass vaccination program for swine flu, specifically the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act of 2006.

2. This law removes liability from the manufacturer, medical practitioners who use the product, and from “government program planners” who decided on using the law. A suit can only be brought if the DHHS Secretary allows it, and if there is willful misconduct on the part of the manufacturer.

3. If testing of these products is very limited, then the manufacturers are unlikely to become aware of their flaws, and specifically their adverse effects. Then there can be no willful misconduct.
4. Due to the fear that swine flu will cause a large outbreak once students return to schools, where the virus might rapidly spread, the US government has stated that vaccine is likely to be available, and used, before clinical trials are completed.
WHO says vaccine will be ready in September. Novartis began testing in humans in late July, and Sanofi-Aventis and Glaxo-Smith Kline are starting now.

5. The adjuvants likely to be used to strengthen vaccines and stretch the supply are named MF59 (Novartis) and ASO3 (Glaxo Smith-Kline). Only 3 vaccines using this type of adjuvant (oil-in-water, a.k.a. squalene-containing) have been licensed in Europe, and none have been given a license in the US. Two vaccines using these adjuvants are only used in people above the age of 65 (Fluad-MF59), and those with serious kidney disease (Fendrix-ASO4). Both advanced age and kidney failure weaken the immune system, so more powerful vaccines are needed, but in this population autoimmunity is unlikely to result from powerful immune stimulation. Cervarix is the third European vaccine (using adjuvant ASO4 against HPV) and its safety is controversial.
6. The then-Acting DHHS Secretary issued an Emergency Declaration in response to the swine flu epidemic on April 26, 2009. This allows use of unapproved (unlicensed) medical treatments and tests, or use of approved treatments for unapproved uses.
According to the Congressional Research Service, on April 27, 2009, the Food and Drug Administration issued four Emergency Use Authorizations in response to requests from the CDC to make available certain drugs, diagnostic tests and respiratory protection devices.

7. Vaccines containing MF59 and ASO3 have not had Emergency Use Authorizations issued for them–yet. However, the government has purchased $698 million dollars’ worth of these adjuvants in recent weeks.

US and WHO officials have indicated the likelihood of their use, which is the only way to achieve adequate amounts of vaccine for the US and world population in the fall.
8. These vaccines have never been demonstrated to be safe in children, pregnant women or young adults. They have not undergone comprehensive testing; for example, MF59 has not and will not be tested for carcinogenicity by the manufacturer.

The result of the new bioterrorism laws (passed with the expectation of use for much more dangerous epidemics than the current swine flu), which allow use of untested products AND give manufacturers an incentive to avoid comprehensive testing (to avoid being found guilty of willful misconduct) have combined with the political imperative to provide citizens vaccines in a hurry, yielding a Perfect Storm.
In the 1976 swine flu vaccine program, 40 million people were vaccinated with an inadequately tested vaccine. The government gave the vaccine manufacturers immunity from liability, but created an alternative compensation program. Five thousand people sought benefits for vaccine injuries.
Today, untested vaccines with novel adjuvants that are likely to cause more autoimmune illness than occurred in 1976 will almost certainly be used. The manufacturers have been given liability, as have the government program planners. But no compensation mechanism has been created. And the public has not been informed.
My question, Dr. Jeremy, is how many of your children are vaccinated? Do you receive payouts from Big Pharma to recommend vaccinations? do you have a vested interest in ANY pharmaceutical companies, or receive compensation for drugs? Did you listen to the CNN report today saying this flu is less intrusive than previous flu's, BUT there is a conspiracy when the WHO suggests mandating this vaccination. Amazing that the members of WHO all profit from pharmaceutical sales.

Do you know any of the adults born in the 70's with missing limbs because of the drugs given to pregnant mothers? How can you endorse a possible scenario like that?
Last, the brain stem is the control center for the immune system. Healing comes from inside our body, not through external intervention. WE HAVE recorded cases of autistic children overcoming all symptoms because their immune system is allowed to function because the interference was corrected by simply removing the nerve interference around the brain stem, by correcting an atlas subluxation. This misalignment occurs when the head is distended from the spine during small incision c-sections, or from trauma to the head from a fall or whiplash.
Our body WILL overcome a flu virus IF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM is at full function alert, and we do not intentionally put poisons into our body to stress it. according to MedScape.com (Dr. J. you may confirm this), in an article dated Jun 30, 2009 "CDC Issues H1N1 Vaccination Recommendations" there is this statement: " ...the vast majority of the 36,000 deaths attributed to seasonal influenza in the average season..."
then in another article dated 5/06/2009 "WHO Panel Will Weigh Full-Scale Production of H1N1 Vaccine, May Halt Seasonal Vaccine Production" there is this statement: "As of 11:00am EDT,(05/06/2009) 1658 lab-confirmed CASES of infection with the swine-origin influenza A (H1N1) virus, and 30 deaths, have been reported in 23 countries." THIRTY CASES IN TWENTY THREE COUNTRIES!!
ok..yes.. you read that correctly!! 36,000 deaths per season on the average for SEASONAL flu, and as of that date (there are a few more by now, i'm sure) there were 30 THIRTY!!!! deaths from the H1N1 flu, and they want to HALT PRODUCTION OF THE SEASONAL FLU VACCINE!
on top of that, the president is heading for a course of MANDATORY vaccination, no exceptions!!

Billcars, you are also correct in that Guillain-Barre Syndrome can be contracted as a result of the flu shot. same with the Gardasil vacinnation, and they even say it on the tv ads. don't EVEN get me started on THAT!

I read from concerned doctors that this time if the flu shot kills your child or ruins your health then don't think you will be getting compensation. They want it set up where they cannot be sued when this flu vaccination is entirely experimental but will make them billions of dollars.
